•You will never be charged by the hour to reserve space at the Center.

•First time you use the space is FREE!

•Second time is by donation (at least $1 please)

•Third time and into the future reservations are only for official members on automatic payments with a minimum level contribution depending on their needs for space reservations.

•Free Skool classes are always totally FREE for space reservations.   Schedule permitting of course. No membership is required.

•All activities need to be sponsored by an active cooper, checked through the Scheduling & Calendar Coordinator, & Finalized by an Administrator.

•Until the center is financially stabilized, investors, Coopers, and active members giving the highest contributions will get priority for scheduling.

•Scheduling will get increasingly difficult as time goes on, especially when the center stabilizes and free activities get priority.  Please be flexible and open, and help us fundraise so we can rent more space in the 903 building.

•We ask all groups and individuals reserving space at the Center to be flexible with their times and dates, and to schedule as far in advance as possible, but also let us know if they need something last-minute.  We prioritize activities, which occur less often, to allow for a diversity of activities.  We still encourage scheduling with the Gregorian week, but ask for flexibility in that some weeks will either combine events or allow an event that occurs on a non Gregorian time cycle.
